H1Z1 - Zombie apocalypse sandbox from SOE

I'm looking forward to this been a Warz player thats been looking for a decent alternative for a while..Although im not convinced that H1Z1 it wont be Pay to win..there's always a catch somewhere.
As its free il defiantly be giving it a go though. :)

I just hope that it been free,It doesn't become a cheater/hacker paradise...i really hope their anti cheat will be up to the task.

Everyone in this thread wants this game to be brilliant expect you for some unknown reason, We are waiting for that perfect zombie game. We don't need you to tell us it will be crap because of this that and everything else. As its been proven time and time again you have no idea what your talking about and anything you say is normally wrong. Now lets leave it there before I have to take a holiday.

Although this is true m8, the problem is no one has made one that is good yet that tops what the A2 mod used to be :) BP is the closest to perfect out atm and that is a mod. So when a new one is mentioned we all cheer and clap and hope that this time, just maybe it will be amazing.

2 new maps on breaking point to be added next week or two and other updates cant wait.

this is playable in 4-6 weeks see what its like then wont we ;)
 
Has there been any word on the actual gameplay mechanics? I guess what I am asking have they said whether it will be a CoD run and gun type thing or a more tactical movement system eg prone, crouching, etc more slow paced and deliberate.

They haven't confirmed it will be then so I think this is definitely a catch it at breakfast tomorrow kind of thing rather than I am up at 1 am may as well stay awake another hour kind of thing.

It's free to play though so you as a consumer have nothing to lose by trying it out. It'll be in Sony's main interest to delivering a complete product which can get money through online purchases.

Obviously, wait until the real release date rather than the early access.
