Hey Peeps, I'm new to the OCUK Spartan Company! Wanted to say hello! :)

Hi and welcome! Unfortunately it seems a bit dead in here lately which is a shame, as I personally think it's the best game I've played since Halo 3. If anyone is still playing and wants to group up for some MP or custom games then add me: LimitWarlock

Play it for about an hour nearly every night :D

I agree, it's really good went the servers aren't playing up. Halo 2 was for me the highlight of the franchise.

343 addressed the problem the other day (finally) so there is some hope of a fix. Hopefully they will include an option to select UK servers only.

I'm still playing this a lot maybe to much :p in fact its the only game that's been in my xbox for sometime.

Loving Big Team Battle again at the moment.
 
Anyone else have a problem with weapson skins not showing in game when there equipped ?

Works fine on the magnum and battle rifle.

But the DMR skins I have unlocked wont show in game on the DMR when I pick it up :confused:

It only works on weapons you start with. For example if you play Swat or big team battle you can start with your br skin.
 
Does no-one else here struggle with latency? I've been finding it almost unplayable the past week or so, some games will just click and I can do really well then the next I can't aim and lose every gun fight.

It'll just be me on tonight though as Krono has to go to a "friend"'s leaving do.
 
Im gonna be getting back into it once we are finished moving - looking for a regular game for sure.
Think I played with a few of you guys back when GOW1/2 was big.

With this change, lighting will be below the center boundary markers (diamond shape boundaries on sides). Above lighting will not be as detailed but still acceptable for many cases. It is designed to be best for aerial combat and/or non-core gameplay zones

It's still not enough. 343i are being so stupid with the playlists, but it's already too late for the population anyway as that ship sailed months ago.

playlist needs sorting out i agree, but when i play other fps games they are worst overall, halo gameplay just miles better

not seen one single major AAA game better then last gen, all have stuff missing :(
