Yeah man a good solid card that esp with the amount of vRamstill running strong.
Well Raven has highlighted AMD has an active rep presence in the forum to help with user issues and is looking into the problem.
Last NV rep introduced themselves only to have the misfortune of NV having a major driver issue shortly after they arrived, never heard of them in here again.
Thankfully Vik isn't quite so uselessLast NV rep introduced themselves only to have the misfortune of NV having a major driver issue shortly after they arrived, never heard of them in here again.
This is a long standing issue with WoW and the 7000 series. When it crashes it comes up with a AMD driver timeout message, sometimes I can close the message and the game is still playable, other times the game is unplayable until I restart. Strange thing is my brother has the exact same pc setup and doesn't have any issues.

Please tell who these reps are?
Agreed, always go with the best value available at the time!
Amen, best value!Exactly. That's why loads of people purchased a 4090
Yeah this was basically my conclusion. Been playing since yesterday for hours and had zero issues so far so seems like the issue was with AMD card. This is a long standing issue with WoW and the 7000 series.
Your only options are to run dx11 (ugh) or, as you have done, move to nvidia. It won't get fixed by either AMD or Blizzard.
Absolutely love the FE cards since the 30 series.NVIDIA's best cards (at or around MSRRP) tend to be the OEM/Founders versions. AMD's worst cards (at or around MSRRP) tend to be OEM versions.
Not sure what's happening with all of these deleted messages. Can you tell me what your system and exact OS build number is?@AMD_Vik These drivers have the same browser lag and stability issues as the previous ones on the 780m, back I go.

Thread on reddit with similar issues. Rolling back to 24.8.1 fixes any issues, surely AMD can figure it out.

We'll fix whatever we can but the problem with the DX12 mode issues is that we've never reproduced them internally. This is a long standing issue with WoW and the 7000 series.

have been asking for a simple force vsync option implemented that can be forced from the control panel, like nvidia does,i have been asking for it for a while.. i dont know if its going to be a lot of work but think its a standard basic functionalityWe'll fix whatever we can but the issue with the DX12 mode issues is that we've never reproduced them internally.
I believe end users when they say they're experiencing this - many people have called it out - but there's only so much we can do when we can't actually hit the same issues internally on a debug system
What do you mean by this one? You can force vsync in Adrenaline.
