Has the recent post count started to kill MM?

Well you know the new rules, best get cracking, like everyone else has to.

Oh yeah, GD posts dont count.

They don't count towards your postcount, but they do count towards your 15 posts in 90 days for accessing the MM :)

edit: ah yes, but they don't count towards the initial MM access requirements :(

I think it's working as intended. Don't forget a lot of people still offer warranty help with hardware they sell, it's better to buy from someone that still invests time in the forum.

Also interested in this too - lost my MM access when the rule was introduced. For the first time since my loss of the MM access I have a few items coming up that in the past would have gone straight on the MM.

MM obviously is/was good for quick turnaround, reasonable pricing and usually hassle free transactions - so for those who still can frequent it, is that still the case?

7 posts in the last 3 months (8 with this), so not far off, but still curious!

Not in my case, because of this;

Selling stuff - I just sell my bits to CEX instead. Immediate sale, no haggling, no need for packaging and posting.
Buying stuff - I just buy new. I don't think saving 10% is worth losing the warranty.

Maybe if I liked haggling MM would be more useful to me. But I don't.
