Have things got out of hand?

I'm not making a point. I'm refuting your ridiculous scenario of "What if white man walks through while muslim lady is frisked". I'm stating that it happens every single day!

....Yeah, like I said, thats the whole reason for security is to stop any potential threat, if a security guard believes that anybody is a threat, regardless of religion, skin colour or whatever, they have to search them.

If I was working airport security I would probably search more muslims than christians/white people purely on the basis that the media publicises muslims as terrorists, which is just taring them all with the same brush. It is racist, but 9/11 wasn't caused by christian people, Osama wasn't a christian either

You cant possibly be born into a religion. No one is born with belief in any religion. you can be born into an environment that forces religion onto you, but it is 100% always everyones choice whether they end up believing in it or not.

While it's true you can't be born with a religion. IMO you can very much be born with a spiritual tendencies. I very much think it is part of are genes and part of our evolution. Every single society has had spirituality in one form or another.

My word.

But you can't force people to accept that they have the choice to reject their religious and cultural upbringing, just because other people do. So in that sense it is not a choice at all and just because some people believe that choice is essential to life does not mean they should be forced to express that freedom.

The IRA were christians, the UVF were christians. They were terrorists. Think there's a good reason you are not an airport security guard...

My word indeed, another poster that can be added to the pot of DD, Cheets and Bhavv.

Heres a poster who openly admits that he is racist and that should he be in the position of security that he would search more muslims than any other person...shocking stuff from another ignorant poster.

Thats absolutely not what I meant, but everyone religious or not should accept that their personal belief is a personal lifestyle choice that they have made.

I'm not ignorant, and yes I would feel safer flying on a plane full of white people, but that doesn't mean I wish harm to come to anyone of any other religion or race

Yeah they were and I never said Christians were innocent did I?

Wait I am the bad guy but this woman has the to wear the burka because her husband will lash her if any part of her skin is seen in public, Muslim men like oppressing women, no place in society for it.

Ohhhh do shut up and stop making foolish assumptions.
You know nothing about this woman, she could have very easily chosen with free-will to wear the burka like many of them do.

Your post makes you sound like a pathetic little bigot full of hate and misinformation.

Sorry to sound antagonistic but ah ha that's a belief! To some people (if it is right or wrong) are always going to feel that their personal lifestyle is not a choice that they have made but a conviction that they should not be forced out of by society.

In quite a few instances this is going to be wrong in society, but religion really shouldn't be, other wise we would be like France or the USA with (mildly ironic in some situations) militant state secularism.

I'm not ignorant, and yes I would feel safer flying on a plane full of white people

No but the combination of statements there clearly implies that you think the colour of someones skin or their religion means they are more likely to be someone for you to avoid which is just ignorant.

I think you will find that your definitely in the minority, your as ignorant as they come im afraid to say. You do realise that muslims come in all colours dont you???...i know plenty of white/black muslims ie ones that have converted to islam through their own free will....not all muslims are brown coloured lol. And heres another little fact for you, not all muslims are hell bent on trying to kill everyone...just a minority of mis-guided muslims that do such things.

I really suggest you stop posting because your making yourself look more and more stupid and ignorant of what your talking about.

If it stops me from being blown up then fine I'm ignorant

Yeah I know that, I also know that blowing people up in the name of their religion is actually against their religion, by doing it they are renouncing their faith.

Like I said, I don't wish harm on anyone, I don't think of anybody as lesser than myself or anything like that

If you know that then why continue to make stupid comments??...its only making you look very silly in all honesty.

Fine you dont wish harm on anyone and neither do you think of anyone lesser than you but admitting that you would be openly racist/bigotted against a group of people, should you be placed in a position of authority...well that just reiterates what people think of you ie a bigot and ignorant. So really you have no reason to complain when people make judgements on your character.
