Hayfever - Thread

Nice how cheap. 180days fir under a £5 have to have non drowsy due to work, well unless I want to lose a load of overtime and higher grade duty. As with other stuff I can't do any solo jobs.

Supermarkets use to be cheap but they've put there prices up, can't even get 14day for 99p which is what it used to be.

I'm back on my Fexofenadine Hydrochloride 120mg tabs,Was not really sneezing but my nose was blocked up.

Those 10mg citrizine tablets the supermarkets sell do nothing for me lol.

Brilliant, cheers.

  • Allergy & Hayfever Relief Tablets (Zirtek Equivalent) x3
  • Optrex Allergy Eyes Eye Drops
  • Hayfever Relief Nasal Spray {Beclomethasone Nasal}
  • Benadryl Allergy Relief Capsules

Bring it, summer!

Should have picked either the tablets or capsules I feel like you've just wasted money there

As soon as the patent is up on Acrivastine I'll be sorted!

Just a heads up Skeeter and anyone else who depends on the expensive Benadryl Allergy Relief Capsules. They are on offer at Boots (buy one get one half price) for the 24 pack @ £5.89 making it £8.84 for 48. From a quick look around that seems to be the cheapest I can find.

I had a slight case of nasal rape at the weekend. It's not a gang rape just yet, seemingly just the brave pollen testing the waters so no need for nose tampons just yet thankfully!

Last Sunday I had the worse hayfever day in a very long time. I had horrible symptoms the whole day even though I stayed indoors all day. Hate when it happens :(

the problem with nasal sprays is you need to have a clear nose to get them in there :p

I keep a stock of Halls so that the menthol keeps my nose at least somewhat clear.

The nose is still clear, it's not blocked it just feels like it because the vessels have swelled up a bit. Halls are good though, anything menthol-y :)

Trust me, its blocked ;)

Well, 'full' more like. I need to remember to stock up on tissues. Having a snot river flowing out you nose when in a meeting with a client isn't a good look :D
