I was under the impression that running standard LCDs at anything other than 60Hz has a negative effect on the pixel response time, as it interferes with the overdrive function?

I don't believe the hazro's have pixel overdrive. The WC's at least
Had a hunt around and overclockers were the only guys stocking them but now it just seems to be the none-glass version
Any idea how it fairs for gaming, input lag/ghosting etc?

I'm sure the faster 120mhz monitors may have an advantage in some aspects
Hi.
How much is the negative effect time on the pixel response time, if you overlock your monitor? Is there any reviews/articles on this issue?
So running at 75Hz causes the RTC control to function incorrectly, reducing responsiveness, but having the positive effect that RTC errors / overshoot are reduced. Benoit Dupont over at Tom's Hardware also noticed that the artefacts and overshoot on some RTC enabled monitors was reduced by moving away from the 60Hz recommended refresh rate.
The glass version is obsolete.
sad panda. saw these in the flesh and much preferred the glass version to the none-glass.
I guess I'll be going with 2 x none-glass then!
The HZ27WC that I ordered arrived earlier today. Unfortunately it came with a very noticeable cluster of dead pixels and the bevel intrudes slightly upon the screen in the centre when viewed from a normal angle. I'm going to have to phone up OcUK tomorrow and arrange for it to be returned/replaced - it should be covered by warranty but I'll have to confirm that. In terms of image quality it's great and the pixel density is higher than the Dell U2410 I upgraded from. The design quality is good, though the stand isn't great (the screen wobbles if the desk is moved even a small amount; i.e. resting my arms on it). If it wasn't for the dead pixels and bevel issue I'd certainly recommend it.
Yeah, thanks for the advice. I had a read of Hazro's dead pixel policy and while I'm believe mine is above the 5 pixel tolerance they specify I really don't want to take the risk, as then I'd lose the ability to return it, have to live with the fault and be charged £45. I guess I'll have to use the Distance Selling Regulations but I'll phone up OcUK tomorrow and see what they have to say. I wouldn't mind if it was just one or two barely noticeable pixels but it's a large cluster. You will find the dead pixel policy is prerry terrible with Hazro, chances are you won't be able to RMA the screen, I would send it back through the 7 days return policy.
I've just purchased a Gigabyte Windforce HD7950 due to the demise of my GTX480 and am having this problem which frankly is driving me up the wall.
