Will this work ok on a regular UK steam account?

Yes. You just select "add a game" from the bottom of the Steam Library, select "activate a product on Steam" and enter the key that CD Keys send you.

Going to wait until this is released before considering buying. I love Harry Potter & really want this to be amazing but everything looks a bit wooden & charmless from what I've seen so far.

They will not. It's Harry Potter. They won't need to release a demo, and typically I've found that's only done by games that are confidently great

Wonder if this will be too mature for my 11 year old daughter, she loves Harry Potter and would love this game I'm sure, but if it's violent and gory then it's not happening.

I'm also waiting for reviews. Part of my mind has spidey senses tingling and another part of my mind has Ackbar yelling Its a Trap! Its got a hype train attached to it which has gotten out of control lately, I saw someone the other day loudly exclaiming in a video that the graphics in Hogwarts are better than in RDR2...thats a level of hype train which is clearly bordering on delusional insanity
