Man the proving ground bits were tense. I'm on the portion after that now where I've got to make my way to one of the gates as I'm now a Seeker. Can't stop messing around hunting though and managed to tame a Tomy Horsie. Shame you can't take them into villages - I really wanted to see their reaction

Be sure to visit the ruins with grown up Aloy. There's some newly accessible areas there.

Just completed the prologue, my word what a stunning looking game and the cutscenes are the best Ive seen. Story looks like its going to be great and the gameplay to boot.

Im only playing on a PS4 and 1080p TV , cant imagine what it looks like for people with the Pro.

Once the game opens up a little for some of you guys, you are gonna find plenty to do, it's no Witcher 3, but there seems to be plenty to get on with. Think I turned it off at level 18 last night, Gonna head back to start and back track some stuff.

I want it in 4k, but that means spending £1k on TV and pro. It's not justifiable!

i'm playing on a ps4pro and a lg pc 4k monitor ( non hdr ) and it looks amazing also runs very smooth in 4k , I have mainly being using the photo mode to take some great screenshots. I would almost say It warrants the upgrade to a pro if you already own a 4k hdr tv, its an amazing reference disc to show off the p24pro , Guerilla games imo have made THE best game for the PS4 of its type to date ! the line between a pc and console is getting narrower

Remember its chequerboard 4K not true 4K not that it makes a difference it still looks stunning.....

Really enjoying it so far I'm around 5-6 hours in....

Indeed it is checkerboard 4K..but the human eye can't tell the difference. So it's all gravy.

I'm really loving this game, so addicted, can't wait to get home from work tonight to continue playing. I played about 5 hours yesterday. I probably didn't get that far because I spent so much time exploring and hunting in the wild.

To me, this game has the open world of Skyrim, the action of Uncharted/Assasins Creed and the story of The Last of Us. all these elements combined to make an amazing game!

I love the hunting, the crafting, the weapons upgrades, everything just flows well, the gameplay mechanics are fantastic. I can't say enough good things about this game!

I'm playing it on a Sony 55" 4k TV with HDR but on a standard PS4 which I think just outputs this game at 1080p but still looks beautiful.

EDIT: a few questions, how do I take a screenshot or record video? and once done so how can I share that online, like on these forums for example?

In game press the Share button (to the left of the touchpad). Upload vids and link to youtube or open an imjur account for pics etc.

Watch the Worth-a-Buy review...he doesn't like it!! "Absolute tripe' he says! Are his points fair? Looks like it from the videos. Like 'hiding' in the grass....that only covers your up to the waist!
