Hungarian Grand Prix 2010, Hungaroring Circuit - Race 12/19

DC hahhahahaa the tyres are full of air which would have taken some of the thump out of the tyre.

Fire one at DC at 60mph and see how much thump comes out!

Hamilton got the most out of the car, Jenson got nothing. He was woefull but he knows it. No one was holding jenson up.

Yeah Hamilton did get the most out of qually etc he was going good untill the gremlins kicked in.

i know that jenson had nobody holding him up but he still done the best he could with a car thats off the pace from RBR/Ferrari. I'm just glad to see a Mclaren car cross the line.

Yes i was , a good race in that he finished & got the most out of the car.

He finished behind BMW, Renault and Williams - all of which are slower cars than the McLaren (Hamilton showed this to be the case).

By rights, only RBR and Ferrari have the right to finish ahead of him. When Hamilton broke down, he only had RBR and Ferrari ahead of him.

This was probably Button's worst race weekend.

Just to clarify, Button finished in 8th place. When Hamilton broke down, he was running in 4th. Had Hamilton finished the race, Button would've finished in 9th.

I'm wondering.....

....The Red Bull driver who gets to the mid year break in the lead is the one who gets priority for the rest of the season...

I have a feeling that the Red Bull driver whose name begins with an "S" at the mid year break will be given the priority for the rest of the season.

Well Button was behind the bmw & williams at the end dirty air and pace was the car's enemy. Yeah i agree it was maybe one of buttons worst drives. But he did the best he could at the time. i'm just glad he finished as i've already said.

F1fanatic tweeting why you shouldn't push drivers off the track.

Not sure if its a good example though since he's not alongside. But it is an example of what could result.

Nasty accident - poor guy hit the bridge!
Chris van der Drift is concious and has a suspected broken leg. COuld have been so much worse.

Anyway - the regs they can get Schumacher with
FIA Sporting Regulations - Appandix L said:
Chapter IV - Code of Driving Conduct on Circuits
2. Overtaking, car control and track limits

b) Overtaking, according to the circumstances, may be carried out on either the right or the left.

However, manoeuvres liable to hinder other drivers, such more than one change of direction to defend a position, deliberate crowding of a car beyond the edge of the track or any other abnormal change of direction, are strictly prohibited.

Any driver who appears guilty of any of the above offences will be reported to the stewards of the meeting.

Time for Schumacher to get a spanking - some call Thwax Mosley!
