Hungarian Grand Prix 2010, Hungaroring Circuit - Race 12/19

Just watching Buttons lap, where he was just 0.041 behind in the first sector, lost a second in the 2nd sector and another 1/2 in the 3rd one.

Made me think, whatever happened to that Side-by-side (or ghost) overlay comparison on cars taking corners/laps? Remember the last time I saw it was on the Valencia circuit, forget whether it was last year, or the year before.

Would be dead interesting to compare 2 cars laps, or at least certain corners/sectors....

Same situation with Alonso and Ferrari. His engine situation is worse than anyone else.
 
Well i think its de la rosa who is in the worst spot then alonso, it would be nice if his engine would go bang and take the red bulls out in the cloud of shrapnel.

Pedro de la Rosa used his 7th engine in Germany.
Vettel, Massa and Alonso used their 6th engines in Germany.
Everyone else used their 5th engine in Germany, except Petrov who was still on his 4th engine.
 
Again not looking good for Mclaren :( even with the blown defuser working. Hopefully in Spa Mclaren will have some updates and recover what they will loose on sunday.

& we have rain for qually and race :)

For excitement purposes this weekend is desperately going to need some rain. Otherwise it's looking a Red Bull benefit race with Alonso making up the podium.

It's a question I ask myself every year (along with why they now go to Valencia!) I understand the appeal of Monaco it's good for schmoozing sponsors and looks good on TV but whats Hungarys appeal :confused:

Been on the calendar for donkeys years and is almost always an absolute garbage race! The people who run this race must pay Bernie an absolute bomb!!
