Yeah not what I wanted to see. Wanted to see a clean fight between RBR and Brawn. To see who is faster.
But even with all the mess it still looks like RBR is ahead even on warmer tracks. Although it's not that hot.
Bit hard to draw that conclusion. Button only had 1 lap run with lots of fuel, so although they are pretty close overall, I wouldn't write them off yet.

yeah not looking good for massa returning any time soon. I assume he will have to wait for his skull to fully heal, before he races again. Otherwise another knock could do far more damage.

Worrying pic of Massa. Kinda upsetting to be honest. He should recover well though. Don't blame him for getting a bit worked up. Nasty cuts on your head bleed like mad.
It's not that much greater, remember too that this was simply a spring (albeit a heavy one), price was struck by a full fire extinguisher which is considerably heavier - he didn't stand a chance.

I wouldn't have thought so, no. In any case, currently it's just listing Massa as not competing so it doesn't look like we'll get a replacement.

Hmm... looking at those fuel loads? I think we'll see a Red Bull 1-2 again unless something untoward happens. Alonso is clearly too light on fuel unless there's a safety car incident, and even if Lewis can get past the Red Bulls they'll get past him at the first pit stop.

Just reported here in Brazil (16:00 Brazil time) that he is doing ok after the operation and they had a little chat to Rubens Barrichello and he confirmed it. This was live from Hungary.
Oh yeah its on their ticker. Thought it was on the site or something.
edit: He is in a 'serious, life threating but stable condition' and will be woken tomorrow. He was in intensive care. This was on SPN just now, after one of the medical staff at the hospital was speaking to reporters.

Yep if that was dead set on god knows what it be like. You can see his eye bulging too which is to be expected having been smashed at speed by an object?
Daily Mail say it was a spring? Thought it was a pipe of some sort?
