I'm going to sign up to the EA forums right now and bump his thread, I hope you guys will join me in order to keep his thread on there at the top of the pile.
i'm hoping if this gets EA to start doing fully customizable controls in they games then maybe we should do the same to other companys
yeah that might be better.Exactly, as I posted above, rather than go to individual companies, it might be more prudent to go to a major news site, who I'm sure have various contacts within all the major players such as EA/Activision/THQ, and the likes of Microsoft/logitech for peripherals etc

tbh i'm sure everybody would benefit from having fully customizable controls in all games

i totally agreeMost definitely. Different strokes for different folks. There are over 100 keys on a standard keyboard, and gaming grade mice can have multiple buttons so why the hell shouldn't we be able to remap them to whatever is most comfortable? Makes no sense.....
I've registered at the EA forums, went to add my support to the thread and everytime it just sends me back to the login page?!?
Once I get it sorted I'll add to the thread.
I had the same problems in Firefox and IE. I installed Chrome and it worked first time.
i totally agree
we pay good money out for these games and most of them your tied down to only one way to control the game. and for some people it means they can't play it which = waste of money
i bought 4 games in the past £25~ each, i couldn't play them due to not having fully customizable controls , so that meant i wasted £100~ over a month.
enough is enough now tbh.
