i just got dead space 2 but i'm so disappointed

using it with my mouth won't be any good as i can't control my mouth to well.

Ive never thought about this before must take incredible skill to control games using the method you described.

As for Dead Space i just don't know how you could control it im playing the first one (in preparation of the second getting cheap on Steam) and it uses every single button on the controller??
 
There re some nice 3rd Party solutions that should make the way you currently play no problem.

Ah well least u can look and move how does firing and turning accuratly go?

Also whats with all the artifacting in the game?

Ah seems it was the crysis vid i saw, dont think it was latest one. :p

Edit - Fo3, not bad man :) Can u switch weapons ok or is that usually a hassle?

no artifacting , it's the capture program quality is poor
