I know they are expensive but have you thought about a head pointer ?
Or there is that Integramouse thing which you control with your mouth, but i think that's £1000+ !!

using it with my mouth won't be any good as i can't control my mouth to well.

Ive never thought about this before must take incredible skill to control games using the method you described.

As for Dead Space i just don't know how you could control it im playing the first one (in preparation of the second getting cheap on Steam) and it uses every single button on the controller??

no artifacting , it's the capture program quality is poor
