I'm in a similar boat. Going from a 24" 1920x1200 screen to this. Looking forward to it :)

Also going from Dell Ultrasharp 2407WFP to this. Was hoping for Acer x34 to sell for £800-£860 during black friday and it didn't. £920+ is just too much for G-Sync version.

Hoping to game in custom 21:9 on this but keeping 16:9 for desktop, youtube etc.

Now if only there was a gsync version, that would be perfect. Here's hoping more screens like this for more options.

Seems an ideal size for 4K since you don't need to change windows scaling options as a similar dpi to the 1440p 27" monitors.

Nope, nothing here. But I know they're extremely busy after the black friday weekend packing orders.

A G-SYNC 40" screen is going to be ~£800-£900 on release I guess? This seems a lot more cash just for G-SYNC.
