They would have to investigate the complaint, although it might be a little late now to properly identifiy the moron that assaulted her. It is sexual assault and the police could/should be involved.

Highly illegal - section 5 item; if found with it you cuold be facing a minimum sentance or 5 years. Use it and then you are looking at assualt/gbh/abh + a minimum of 5 years. Of course this never deters the keyboard warriors from "packing"! ;)

No need to apologise mate, as I said I wasn't getting at you at all. I was just trying to reiterate the point that men are also victims. I guess I am just sensitive to it since it happened to me so frequently in the past and I can't begin to tell you how angry it made me.

What annoyed me most is that the very same women who comitted these acts would instantly slap any guy who did something similar to them. As kitten_caboodle rightly pointed out it is an awful double standard.

It has happened to me more than once. Each time it made me feel dirty and physically sick. I am very private about my own body, the thought of anyone (someone who I am not seeing) touching me somewhere 'personal' is just so disgusting . The last time it happend it was some completely random guy I had not even said hello to. I smacked the guy so hard around the face. It surprised me as much as him I think. He then had the gall to ask 'What was that for?' I remember my reply being along the lines of 'What kind of pervert are you that you think that is normal? What if some random idiot came up and did that to your girlfriend, sister or mum? You are pathetic.'

Hope she is OK, she must be really angry and hurt.
 
She's a tough cookie she told me she can't let that stuff bother her or she wouldn't be able to get on with things in her life, and would spend all her time worrying. I think I'm more affected than her! :o She's very independent and confident etc... but she's still a vulnerable person like we all are. I can't be with her 24/7, she has her own life to live too - it's times like this though where I wish I could have been there. Ah well at least she's ok and to me it seems as she's already put it behind her!

Disgusting behaviour to anyone and I feel furious for Roz having to suffer that.
I know that if it happened to me not only would I be angry but I'd also be upset so I hope she's feeling ok now. :(
 
Sorry Dude, if I had seen this earlier I would have had a load to say but you've had loads of advice.

I know Roz and I know how she dresses, what has happened to her is totally out of order. It happens and it shouldn't, H has been flashed twice, once at unplesently close range, shes been touched up in clubs but never been grabbed in broad daylight, in all cases she has been shocked (most when she was flashed as she was quite young) and pretty mortifed. Touching a anyone without permission is assault and should be reported imho.

She deals with it when its in clubs and stuff, either just turns around and gives em the hard stare or a stray elbow.

I am embarassed to say that she doesn't usually tell me about it, especially when I am in the same club for example, its safer that way for all concerned as although I am a complete coward in most instances I would lamp anyone who touched a woman without consent esspecially my wife. We are decent chivilrous men and thats why we can't understand the mentality of the neanderthals who do this sort of this, in my opinion women deal with is better then we do as the jelousy response kicks in and we tend to see red.

If she has details report it, if not put it down to there being a whole lot of scum in this world and that they will get their comeupance.

Gone a bit off topic but a simple solution would be: Go out with her. The presence of a male will put off any guy doing such things im sure, unfortunatly they may still look but youd be banged up for life if you attacked each person who looked at her lol :S

The thing about womens dress code ~ Personally I do find it a lot more revealing and so on, just for a minute...just a minute!!! I think well theyll do anything and I guess thats what runs through guys minds a lot when they see girls in a short skirt or what have you. Its sort of asking for it I guess but that dont make it ok, oh and girls can be just as bad to the guys!
