Electrical wire connectors. A much easier and quicker system to use than the old terminal strips and available in formats to join any combination of wires easily enough. Push/snap the wire in and the metal bar at the back provides a conductor across all terminals. If it's the original type then its a German company I think called Wago.

Yup, wago and they’re absolutely fantastic and it a weird way a joy to use.

messy set up but only temporary. Going to make a dual screen combo soon. Increase in resolution to 5120x2160 is amazing just what I was looking for. All upsides of 4k but still widescreen. 120hz enough for my casual gaming needs. 4080 SUPER plays fine for me.

+1. I actually quite like doing electric jobs now, wago plus a proper pair of wire strippers make the job so much easier.

Super odd - I have ordered two lots of two Govee thermostats the last few days, and both times the product has come clearly used. On Wednesday, it had battery acid around the terminals and neither worked. Today, another set arrived, and the batteries were already inserted.

Bizarre --- Amazon have given me a fiver each time though so I am quids in.
