Indiana Jones and the Great Circle (2024)

for anyone going after 100% notes and photos when you get to
make sure in shanghai you get all seven artifacts and photos because a fire happens half way through and i could not get back to get the few things i missed
unless after completing the game you can go back to the start of each mission.

You can travel back to previous chapters during the game, don't need to wait to the end. Journal, travels, select locations and choose 'Revisit.

For anyone else without a 40 series looking for fps in the jungle environments but don't want to turn off path tracing... you can get back up to 10fps by lowering 'Vegetation animation quality' to medium. It seems to just turn off wiggly bushes but leaves swaying trees intact so I'll take that as at least it keeps things playable and looking nice :D

" I'm glad I found this thread. I just started playing 30 mins ago and I'm about to throw up. I tried increasing the FOV and enabling camera stabilization but I'm still motion sick. "

" I can only play for 30 minutes before I need to lay down. I feel like I’m going to throw up. This has never happened to me with games before "

I'm not alone, YAY! :cry:

Misery loves company! :p

I'd have thought increasing the FoV would be the exact opposite of what you'd want to do for motion sickness.

That was my first thought too TBH. However, in fairness I don’t suffer from motion sickness so what do I know!

yeah thats what i did i got to
you start at the end of shanghai and have to make your way back got to the burning building and could not find the ledge that you have to shimmy across so i thought it was as far as i could go

Is the stealth gameplay actually good ? Or is it the usual dunce tier AAA AI where so long as you crouch walk your basically invisible even if you’re only a meter in front of them ?

Using VRAM (or regular RAM) if it's available is a good thing, and a sign that an application has been developed to scale with hardware. More data in memory means less has to be accessed from regular storage.

I’m enjoying it. But my the controls are poor and the lines sometimes come out of order. I got the keys forged and the woman then says… we need to forge some keys..
Really kicks you out of the immersion.

The game bugged out on me 30 hours in towards the end of the game. Completely progression blocked when crawling through a cave with incorrect dialogue playing back. I'm just guessing but it's probably me skipping back to previous levels to grab collectibles then returning to make more progress.

The graphics are still bugged with DLSS and HDR enabled (I am using full raytracing) on GeForce NOW Ultimate. There is huge noise and flicker in the shadows around vegetation, although at least frame generation works now with HDR.

I have also noticed a few large, random FPS drops (to the point that the game freezes for a second or two) in the initial Vatican area (in the dark); it seems to happen most often when you approach doors, perhaps as it's loading in a new area.
