i landed on the asrock extreme 4 for 98 quid from a supplier price **** up
Also appears to me this asrock could do bclk overclocking on something like the 8400
When you say it runs fine at 5.2, what stability testing have you done and what voltage?

1.38 volts in cpu z 1.395 in bios , ran real bench all night and prime 95 26.6 for 8 hours today ?

Maxed out at 74 with 240 aio and thermal grizzly . normal loads i hit 64c max

Unsure what you mean about cache it had a weird name in the bios but i set multi to 45x

Isn't that an ancient version with no AVX support?
Are the people that are stress testing using AVX also using an AVX offset?
From what I've seen this is essential as AVX2 is a power hog.
