My missus is pregnant and after we did the test from the chemist she phoned the doctor and she said they don't do pregnancy tests at GPs anymore as the home tests are so accurate (for positive tests) these days. We then booked an early pregnancy scan at the hospital for a couple of weeks later.

Are you sure this story is true?
 
Ive had a POF profile for abit just after friends really in my local area and theres some proper nutjobs on it lol. Get messages from people who can barely speak english by the looks of some of their grammar and sentence structure! Got talking to a few people with really similar interests and hobbies as me which is what I wanted really. Not sure about the whole dating thing yet but for friends its quite useful!

im 22 and keep getting 35+ messaging me.
Im not bad looking, and my profile actually has some stuff about me on it, but for some reason im only getting old hags messaging me, although the fact when iv done a search for girls my own age theyr all rats doesnt help.

I have no idea, I've only gone off what she has told me.
How could I possibly confirm any of it, as stated the Doc would never breach his code of ethics about patient confidentiality even if I did contact whoever it was.

They are likely to send her for a dating scan, can you beg to go to that, failing that ask to see the picture she will get. Have you seen the pee stick? You might need to (even if you arent) feign interest and see where that gets you.
 
She was sat on the sofa holding a pee stick with a brown line on it when I walked in the room. (taken at her house presumably and brought over)
 
Hi guys, I've been browsing this thread for a while and I know that I don't have a profile on plenty of fish. I've got a profile on "dating direct" in association with virgin media but not subbed. Got a tagged profile with a few friends. I have a zoosk profile which I've used a couple of times.

I could spend more time sending messages out rather than surfing for porn but is plenty of fish any better in terms of responce?

I went out Saturday to a strip club on Maidstone high street it was a queer night even though I was sobber.

My old flatmate was banging a girl he met off an internet dating site, she was a right minger but it was a case of 'any port in a storm'.

Anyhow, he stops seeing her and lo and behold three months later she contacts him saying she's pregnant. Not sure if its his though as her new bf is black and my mate is white, so will wait till its born. Nice.

So the baby is born, its white, and my mate takes it like a man and resolves himself to being involved with a kid who's mum he doesn't even really like. She's sending him baby pics and organising family outings etc. His parents recommend he does a DNA test, just to be sure. She's all like 'it could only be his or her bf's, so as it's white then its my mates' etc etc. But he gets her to agree to the test just for his parents sake.

It turns out not to be his(!) and he emails her the results for her to reply 'sorry to of inconvenienced you'. I feel sorry for the kid, having to wait now whilst his mum tries to figure out who the dad really is! I just could not believe she was soooooo sure it was her bf's or my mates, and it turned out to be some unknown 3rd party.

So, make sure you get a paternity test ffs!

Oh and just for the record (if I haven't mentioned it already)....

I have now come to the conclusion all internet dating females are totally and utterly Bat **** insane and I'm never going near a dating site again..

Said it on here before, I'll say it again.

There is a 30% chance of miscarriage mate. Odds increase as they get older, you said she was 35.

Ah yes, but this is further down the line. We're talking on MSN like normal, she's sent me a pic aside from the ones on her profile but man... she's hot/perfect would be an understatement, which always rings alarm bells. I've asked her for a photo with my name on a piece of paper or something (she said ok), but damn do I feel weird. Still, rather that than flirt with a 60 year old guy from Glasgow.
