Internet Dating.....Who Has Done it?!

Well I've just come out of what I thought was going to be a good relationship, I was ready to make the effort to see her but I don't think she was, too far a part. so I guess thats one thing I've learned from this.

Oh well, can't be sitting here all depressed, time to do as my mate said "get back on that more fish site and get on it son!" :p

Dude, I genuinely mean no offence, but short and sweet works if the photos back it up. You look like you are squeezing out a turd in the first photo, and look like you just rolled the jetski and came up with a wad of Kelp stuck to your head in the second. On top of those, you are also ginger.

Put some presentable photos up, and failing that make your profile a little more interesting/amusing.

I can't help what my hair looks like, it was long at the time! :)

I've updated it with a better pic, I'm not very photogenic mate haha.
 
Ha, i need to get back into the dating scene, but i aint sure if this is the right way to do it, for example the section where you have to describe yourself has me totally stumped and i honestly couldnt/cant word it in a way that it sounds right, i dunno 4 years out of the game has killed my abilitys to think in that way.

Screw it, how does this look and sound?
im an active guy, that enjoys mountain biking and walking, along with other activities, id say im easy to talk to, with a sense of humour to boot, Full time carer for my mother and brother which is fun and i like it.

I love listening to music pretty much all the time, if im ever at my computer or out and about ive got the mp3 on, keeps me upbeat no matter what im doing, music such as trance and dance is my poison of choice at the moment.
Films are another of the things i like, I'll watch pretty much all types including some 'chick flicks'

Right..whats wrong with my proffesion? thats what i am, mother is just how i say it, computer...dunno..poison experession. chick flicks well thats what most blokes say..ill be sure to tell you..how can that be bad?

Mate, I sympathise with you as it definitely is not easy - selling yourself through a webpage.

I still haven't got my head round it and I've never understood online dating to the the point that believe it or not I've never signed up or used it.

Distant communication seems to inadvertently build up a false stage, if it were me I would want to meet under natural conditions. I would use friends, social media linked to upcoming events - that way... the first time you meet it's not on the pretext for a date, it's more or less like bumping in to someone ;)

pof is probably the last thing I would use

She's off to her parents this weekend but we're going to try and sort something in the week :D. Actually have a good feeling about this one, lives nearby, biomed student, into science and a bit of a geek. And she's good looking haha.
