Internet Dating.....Who Has Done it?!

Do you guys bother meeting with girls you aren't overly attracted to based on their profile pics?

I started messaging one the other day, invited her for a drink to which she accepted. Then I managed to unroot her Facebook and discovered she's possibly a bit more... large... than the girls I'd normally go for (and a bit more large than the selectively chosen pics on her profile suggest).

One half of me is saying it's good experience, the other says it's silly to meet up with her if I'm only going to have to let her down later.

Thoughts?

I would deffo go to, you can always work off the extra pounds if there is something to work with

in reference to my recent fortune, I will have to put it 100% down to the pics. girls I messaged weeks ago, that have been online since regularly have started to reply to my original message. thing is, they binned me off before, so do I really want to reply to them.

well its quite obvious it was because of the pics that they replied.. so i would just ignore them now!

see how that feels..

although mischief made me shave, and I don't like it

it seems well written, but other than that I have nothing useful to add. you cover everything and prove you are articulate. your pics seem fine (well they show you, but advice from me on photos is not, I repeat not, a good idea).

sounds pretty good to me, I wouldn't think it was rude. if he is pushing for more though and you aint interested, maybe a slightly less subtle hint next time.
