Got a message off a girl last friday night on pof, 20mins of msn chat later and we had arranged to meet on the saturday, Met her, cracking girl got on really well, both got drunk etc etc, Been talking on msn and txting all week. Shes coming round to mine on Saturday for a cosy night in ;) RESULT
 
I did sign up a while ago (last year) for a laugh, but it seemed I only got people interested in getting sloshed and making indecent proposals and that's really not my type of thing. I can see how easy it is to meet people on such sites - if I was more of a predatory male it would be so so easy to meet several people a week, bloody expensive though! lol! Good fun, but not for me really. :)
 
Right, just the heads up.

The girl who messaged me on POF mid-Feb and I have completely fallen for eachother.

She's amazing, and we have a ridiculous amount in common!

So much so that neither of can believe that we have met the other, haha!

She's a psychologist, she's soon to be buying a place in Wimbledon, and she's modelled for Bravissimo in the past.

I'm only 6 days older than her too, lol!

So chalk me up as another success story as a result of POF.

Congrats Krooton, and good work for getting her in a hotel room so fast ;) I presume that the card reader by the door and the 'do not disturb' sign means hotel room?

Anyway, had a few dates off PoF. A lot of wasters though. Deleted my account for the mean time, will probably rewrite something and have a go again later.

infact social networking sites *** in this case, not dating agency crap, social networking is where its at, i've got so many rides out of it, countless numbers and thats not a lie.

That's great IF you are looking for rides... dating sites are better if you are actually looking for a meaningful relationship :p
