Will do. Thanks Richdog.

No worries man. Do me a favour and post back what her behaviour is like after you delete her and if she messages you again or not, will be interesting to see if she follows the usual pattern in those situations. Ideally, she won't get back in touch and you can move on to the next girl more worthy of your attention. :)

Just sounds to me like she has buyers remorse. Although surprising since she went on a date which apparently went well. Personally if you both agreed to a night in and staying over then it's just pretty much an unspoken thing you're going to have sex, so maybe she felt pressured once the realisation came to light?

What, and was incapable telling him so beforehand, or didn't dare speak to him to change the plans? Highly doubtful.

Meh women are fickle creatures. I'm not saying she couldn't have easily let him know she wasn't feeling up to it. But for someone she may have lost interest in or feels it was escalating too quickly, then it'd be much easier to just ignore him than let him down gently so to speak. Again, i'm not saying it's the decent thing to do, but hey that's life.

Women are generally cowards. This doesn't only apply to dating but to other areas of life as well. When I try to sell my old kit on gumtree (TV, laptop, phone etc) a guy will usually tell me if he can't make an appointment to view the item whereas a woman will always ignore me and just not turn up. They don't want to risk confrontation but they don't realise that most reasonable people will much prefer to be told where they stand.

Rich Dog is right - delete her from facebook immediately. It's most likely you will never hear from her again but it's a bonus if you get her riled up for cutting her out without a 2nd thought. If she does reply, ignore her - she had her chance with you. Alternatively, post pictures on facebook with your arm around some hot girls to show how little she means to you.

The same can easily be said for men.

Thanks for quoting selected text from my post and not the part where I highlighted my experiences with the communication skills of gumtree users. On average, women chose to bury their head in the sand (ie cease all communication) more often than men. Once again, these are observations based on my experiences.

EDIT: Neo, how old is this woman?

I don't think it matters too much that I quoted only the first part, saying: "Women are generally cowards. This doesn't only apply to dating but to other areas of life as well." is just a bit of an OTT statement whichever way you look at it.

I'm going to ask a girl for a drink. If she says yes I shall post a picture on here of me in my pants with a sign saying anything you want.

An OTT comment posted in GD?! You're back tracking anyway, your original reply was "same could be said for men" now it's changed to "that is an OTT statement". Which is it?

I'm looking forward to reading some your self proclaimed sharp wit.
