4 years isn't too bad, I wouldn't say that's an issue at all! The distance thing is a different story though...
Yeah that was my thinking really. My rationale however is if I were to meet someone at home (london for work - midlands for home) I'd have the same distance to contend with. Could end up being more hassle than its worth though...

The age gap isn't a problem.
The distance probably is.
If she's hot then the distance becomes less of a problem.

Age isn't an issue, I think qualities, personalities, common interests and hobbies determine how successful a relationship is. But as others have said, distance can make it hard for an established couple let alone trying to get one started off. Also note that chatting over txt/web is one thing, when you meet them and realise you are noway at all attracted to them at all is another matter, and very uncomfortable trying to get out of lol
Was up til 3.15am last night chattin to some 32yr old woman, shes pretty hot too. Lives miles away from me but its good to chat!

lol! Yes, you do get some funny ones one there. Mind you though, you think thats bad, but a lot of blokes on there apparently have some right daft profile pics, i.e. doing an arnie strut standing in front of their car. So I have been told by a few lasses. lol!!!!
