It's just making sure you are on the same wavelength really. People can come across so different in email than on the phone or in person. Doing your due diligence on the phone is much better than going through a tricky date with a chav for example. (or a posh **** if you are a chav)
Is it just me that has trouble moving past a first date? Been on around 5 dates over the past 2 months, but they seem to fizzle out, it's making me want to give up.
I seem to be able to get replies fairly easily, chat and even get numbers and arrange dates, but it just seems to be a bit of a waste of time if things fizzle out after the first date.
What's annoying is that the dates themselves seem to go find, we laugh, joke, no awkward moments, even have kissed a couple of them etc, but still doesn't seem to lead to anything.
