still no dates for me 
, back in the real world a new lady started working here in my office who seem quite nice and we get on. Im might ask her out for a drink or something (she not a girly girl, thank god) Considering the ratio of ladies to men in a game development office Im sure im not the only one with this plan.
I better be quick as dates have sliped though my fingers as I've left it to long to ask them as a result I have a small louthing for one of the designers lol

been on POF for about a month or so no luck at the moment. I have sent many people messages some creative and different in regards to the information on the persons account some i couldn't be asked and just wrote "hello miss" or something along them lines.
I was talking to a nice lass 13/14 messages passed either side i gave her my number and told her it be better to get through on mobile asked her give me a call or drop a text sometime left it at that have not replied to her (on POF as i dont have her num she has mine) and have not got anything through on my phone so that ended up dead end me thinks.

You can't second guess what women are doing on POF/ouside of POF so getting worried about sending messages and not getting them back is always a bad idea. Just send more and hopefully someone will take an interest/isn't being odd about pof.
Also giving numbers out is a weird one, usually only do it as part of the meeting up experience, never try and get a number before then as it usually doesn't work (as I assume you have found out).
There's loads of weird psychological steps going from online chatting to being part of her real life and it is always different from person to person. Some are really comfortable with facebook early (I'm not that never works), some hand out phone numbers willy nilly (not too common) and some are petrified of doing it after a date (aka don't date again too weird). I would personally target organising a date before any phone numbers, facebook and things like that and see how it goes.

see i'd go for number before dates so that you can text for a couple days and then plan to meet up and if you need to change things etc then you have the number to say where are you i'm standing at the wrong nandos etc.
Right next novelty online dating step, had 5 different dates over week or so a couple of weeks ago which was all new to me, 3 of them have turned io sort of seeing each other things, can't deal with 3!!! One is being whittled out because she's taken ages to become keen and I can't imagine sleeping with her. Haha. No I didn't end up having sex with a Steve in a field. She was pretty normal! Really cool, funny and very interesting. We have a lot more in common than I realised before. Wandered about, had a couple of drinks, I'd like to think that a 7 hour lunch date with no awkwardness is a good sign! I fudged up a bit at the end with a slightly feeble goodbye kiss, but in my defence we were in the street standing next to a large family, plus I was a bit nervous as to how far to go, haha (pathetic). Afterwards she texted me saying she was looking forward to the second date, which is also a good sign, right??

Funny you should say that. A few days ago I did wonder about my luck/too good to be true sort of thing, and most of her friends are gay guys, most of whom appear to enjoy cross dressing, going by her Facebook photos. I was worried, I'll be honest. I thought I was going to end up having a sausage for lunch whether I wanted to or not. Then I watched the episode of An Idiot Abroad where Karl goes to Thailand and meets some ladyboys. That didn't help.
