*** iPhone 5 - Revealed! ***

i've had the same rolling sim from o2 for years now which i don't want to change because it's got unlimited 3g allowance. If i change it to one of these nano sim jobbies, do you think they'll still give me the unlimited 3g?

You be fine, just ask to have a new sim not a new contract. When I upgraded from the 3GS to the 4. I asked o2 for a micro sim, activated the micro sim on my old unlimited data Iphone tariff without any problems. I plan to do exactly the same going from micro sim to nano sim.

its a possibility but you'll probably be paying £40+/pm and most likely have a steep upfront cost.
thats if its similar to when the 4 first came out coming up to 2 years ago.

Buy the phone on ebay/amazon, then nano_sim from three = Win! save 200-£300

I'm not so sure the savings are as huge anymore. Look at people trading in 4s for a new one. The gap after a year is in excess of £200-230. So that has cost them £20 per month almost anyway just to keep the phone for a year, without their sim only deal.

Just got off the phone with orange.

As i have a year left on my contract with them i was told it would be £469 to get an early upgrade and it would be £47 a month for 24months which is a bit of a joke tbh.

The phone sim free is £529 and i can keep my current contract and get a nano sim FOC from orange with the same number and contract i have now.

I only pay £24 a month for my iphone 4s deal now, so going from that to £47 is a no go.
