Caporegime
Let the rat stay where she was so desperate to go in the first place.
The real issue here is not her case per say but the use of human trafficking happening in the UK and the government turning a blind eyeLet her rot where she is rather than be a drain on the UK taxpayer. Hell locking her up will just further solidify her 'radicalisation' given the state of the prison system.
Nah, 2 entirely different subjects. One is a case of someone that sought out and fell 'in love' with extremism and only when that dream turned to ash did they want to come back to the UK, the other is an issue that successive governments have failed to prioritise. The real issue here is not her case per say but the use of human trafficking happening in the UK and the government turning a blind eye
She is still costing the UK tax payer a small fortune, these never ending court cases are ludicrously expensive and one day we will almost certainly allow her to return. Nations from all round the world are slowly draining the camps in Syria eventually we will take her back just so we don't look utterly ridiculous on the international stage, much better to just get on with it especially when you look at some of the people we have already accepted back into the country. One hopes that in future the Home Secretary who ever they are will be more careful when exercising their special powers.Let her rot where she is rather than be a drain on the UK taxpayer. Again are we saying 15 year olds are fully responsible for their actions? If so I assume you will be campaigning for the lowering of the voting age, drinking age, smoking age, age of consent, age of admission to the armed forces, school leaving age, age of marriage, the raising of the minimum wage for kids, driving age etc etc etc. You can't have it both ways if you are saying at 15 she is 100% responsible for making a bad choice and should be punished for the rest of her life then we shouldn't be restricting the activities of 15 year olds as we don't think they are mature enough to take those decisions.Nah, 2 entirely different subjects. She's an adult and holds the same views now, that's what I'm basing my post on. Additionally there are numerous articles etc linked in the thread that show she wasn't groomed or brainwashed.Again are we saying 15 year olds are fully responsible for their actions? Views she formed as a child and then repeated having spent the intervening years as part of said radical cult? I’m not sure the punishment for said ‘crime’ should be life long, I assume you advocate for all IS members who have returned to the UK to be imprisoned for life without hope of parole? She held radical anti UK terrorist views that she publicly articulated at the age of nineteen, cementing the view she was still a security risk, as a mature woman.
... I assume you advocate for all IS members who have returned to the UK to be imprisoned for life without hope of parole?
Lol what a wonderful way to project your fears and prejudice onto someone else, be careful what you bet on in life based on your misconceptions as you will loose often.I'm willing to bet that you believe a child can make a decision involving puberty blockers and other gender 'reaffirming' surgery at an age younger than 15, so if that's the case then she's fully responsible for her actions by your beliefs.

So you don't believe anyone under the age of 18 should be given life-altering drugs and/or surgery? Goes against a previous post you've made on the subject..Lol what a wonderful way to project your fears and prejudice onto someone else, be careful what you bet on in life based on your misconceptions as you will loose often.
No 15 year old should be asked to take any life defining decision alone and no child should be punished for life for something they have done without hope of review. Once again if you are advocating that 15 year olds are fully responsible for their actions should we allow them to do all the things they currently aren’t like drive a car or join our armed forces….
It's my view too tbh, seeing as one of the scumbags they let out again murdered a good friend of mine at the Fishmongers hall. That's probably an accurate assumption of his view, in lieu of the death penalty and torture being unavailable.
Why anyone has any sympathy at all with someone who ran away to join ******* ISIS knowing full well what they stood for...
Possibly because she's free even though she should be in jail, it's not like she can't hop in a container and return without our knowledge.I don't get some people either, I don't think its sympathy, but why the hell they should care what happens to them I really don't get. There are some real softies over here, that seem to care more for people that have committed crimes, than the victims who have suffered at the hands of this terrorist group, here and abroad.

No different from any other terrorist/terrorist sympathiser, comes a point where you just have to trust the security forces.Possibly because she's free even though she should be in jail, it's not like she can't hop in a container and return without our knowledge.
