Seems to be vast amounts of misinformation, fake information, people stirring **** up, people who've obviously spent their entire lives paying zero attention to the situation and suddenly have strong opinions and/or coming out with stuff which might make sense from their perspective but entirely detached from the realities of the Middle East, etc. etc. with this conflict, way more even than the Ukraine situation.
(Not that I'm an expert).

It's been a mess on both sides for decades. Israel effectively surrounded by enemies. Somewhat the worst place they could have been placed.
Atrocities on both sides. One side is terrorist, with the other make sometimes questionable decisions. A lot of incidents that shouldn't happen from Israel either. Largely, if the Gaza strip stopped with the BS, there would be peace, as long as Israel also stopped their incursion into Gaza.
Both sides grow up with hate IMO.
However, I believe Israel is justified in their response. When you start seeing the videos of civilians being murdered and raped, people might understand.

Come now, it would be just another millitary ship wreck in the Med if it was actually crazy enough to engage a US carrier group.
Very slow and nominally easily detectable, but the small size can work to its advantage in the right situation.

So much of the "Gaza" videos on Twitter is actually from Russia attacking Ukraine
Just saw another couple minutes ago claiming Israel is dropping white phosphorus on civilians when the video was Russia dropping it on a Ukrainian town
