That is a strange one as Iran is Shia whereas Hamas are Sunni. Egypt is mainly Sunni as is Saudi. The whole situation is obviously a lot more complex than most think. It doesn't take much reading to see this part of the world has been in turmoil for thousands of years. It's been right at the junction of a lot of empires over the millennia so no surprise really.

He did, however, said he "kissed the hand" of those who planned the attacks.'

Taken from the BBC feed. I think the Iranians didn't realise how successful the Hamas attack would be. They are drastically back pedalling before they get hit.

Hamas' entire ethos is based around the destruction of Israel, and to never compromise.

So can someone please explain what Israel are supposed to do to prevent their infant children getting beheaded in cold blood?

Why are you conflating a fast food restuarant with ISIS? Very poor of you. No, the DUP are labeled in such a way because of the connections to the UDA and UVF , just as Sinn Fein are for its connection to the IRA
 
Hamas will just execute the hostages they don't give a crap they want a ground war, their leader today said bring it on we look forward to the fight

it will be a nightmare, Hamas will likely be plain clothed and hiding in rubble, holes, tunnels, peoples houses, in trees, all over the place.

using civilians and civilian buildings as shields.

killing one Hamas fighter will likely he very costly and no doubt there will be IED`s all over the place.
