I'm a little bit surprised that the England fixture was placed in Marseille to be honest.
They know there's a hostile element in the local population that's only going to inflame the situation. Without doing any research, surely there's a venue with a lesser chance of a flashpoint. Russian ultra's and a few tanked up idiots aside, at least one of the problems could have avoided.

The UEFA Executive Committee has warned both football associations that – irrespective of any decisions taken by the independent disciplinary bodies relating to incidents inside the stadium – it will not hesitate to impose additional sanctions on the Football Association (FA) and the Russian Football Union (RFS), including the potential disqualification of their respective teams from the tournament, should such violence occur again.
The French have a long proud history of being completely incompetent when it comes to security and defence
