Paypal are emailing him, i paid in Feb 2017 though ... so.... they said 45 days they could have disputed it for me... but they are emailing him directly regarding it!

Quick update:- My Xplates arrived this morning!
The only advice i can offer is to harrass the hell out of him, he may not respond to the majority of emails.. but he reads them.
Hope all you guys receive your paid for goods, and that Ronald learns that people are more tolerant if they are told the truth.

Damn I wish I saw this thread first before buying from Xcade 
Well I am in the same boat, I made a small claims court claim, no response, I just emailed him at the [email protected] email threatening a CCJ if I don't get the refund by Thursday. So let's see....

Planet Arcade is as far as I'm aware run by Julian Cohen and Ronald is involved somehow. He seems to be keeping on the downlow still.

Who did you actually buy with?
Ronald at Xcade via bank transfer. I'd feel like more of a mug if my day job wasn't purchasing many £100k's a year of electronics and associated items from very similar small suppliers in very similar ways. Fraud like this is remarkably rare in the UK at least.

Well you're not the only one by a long shot. It must have been a while ago as it's been months since his site went down.
UPDATE. I have received my Xplates. Early xmas present only took 4 months from receipt of order!! At least it looks like orders are slowly being received. Shame I already just finished adding vinyl artwork to my cab as I gave up on ever receiving them. Now I have to decide on whether to fit the xplates instead!

Are you 100% happy with them? I only ask because once you have taken off the protective film you can see the odd chip and imperfection, not that you can tell that much once it's on the cab.
Also noticed it was slightly offset, the fact that i have coin and start under the bottom panel buttons makes it noticeable.
If i am being picky, they are not as hi-res as the original artwork i sent him. Still looks amazing though!
For the amount i harrassed the poor man i can't complain.

which one of you is Ronald then ? perhaps those who say they have 'received' stuff while telling us not to worry etc... cough up then, pictures... show us, go on! - do it! - otherwise Ronald I'm going to sue you in February... 2 years to the day I made a payment and if you leave it any longer I'm small claims your ass... no mucking about now, your taking the proverbial... he's got another site.. making van shelves... (facille.co.uk) I've got the website to show the courts and his xcade stuff... If you didn't know you have a three year window after making that initial first payment for a sale of goods to proceed with a small-claim in court... either-way I'll get my money back & my fees... got the emails, got the receipt, got the website pages, got your other number and address... bang to rights... the xcade email is dead now as you all know, I doubt the gmail one will be used, probably looked at but no replies will be sent... anyway I have another number and an alternate address... that's going to the court to serve you papers my friend... either cough up the cash or deliver my goods or the bailiffs will take the equivalent value goods from your lock-up... you just couldn't be honourable could you..., I'm going to give you one months grace...

I very much doubt they're fake accounts. The person I contacted on via YouTube eventually received the xplates and even emailed me pics.
He was fulfilling some orders but expect that has ended now his Email is down.

I'm not fully sure what the angle is there.
If they'd be Ronald's, it'd be easy to produce a picture of fake xplates. Also, I'm not sure anyone wants to prevent you from suing him if you have the facts and the means to do it, so it's not clear to me what you're asking or looking to accomplish.
I understand it's an ungrateful position a lot of people here are in, but I think it's also not appropriate to make those claims.
As far as I'm concerned, I stated fairly clearly in my first post where people would be able to check photos of my cabinet if it helps (not that I think this was directed at me specifically).

I hate to be that guy but this post regarding an individual, the info you have access to and have shared is a pretty big no-no under the GDPR rules no matter how good the intentions are.
