Yes I do....cant figure out why it won't let me access the iPhone...I've restarted my laptop but to no avail....unless i need to do something on my laptop???

Hi Spawn,

You SSH to you phone over wifi not the usb cable. You need to make sure that in your settings you change auto lock to never so the phone never goes to sleep and the screen is continuously on. As soon as the phone's screen turns off you will lose connection.

Hopefully that will help.

Well the phone is connected to my wifi but connected to my laptop via the usb cable...are you saying that i dont need to connect the iphone to the laptop via the usb cable??.

Ill give it a go, my screen does turn off so ill disable that and give it another go..wont be able to till later tonight.

Hey,

There's no problem in connecting your phone to your pc via the cable it's just you ssh over wifi (hence having to enter the phones ip address into your software), to maintain a constant connection in the settings of your phone turn auto-lock to never and you should have no probs.

Yep which is what i have been trying to do last night but to no avail...ill try it again with the auto lock disabled...perhaps that was giving me the problems.

No **** sherlock...why dont you read my posts regarding the problem before you go off on one...i am connected via WIFI but i cant ssh to the iphone4...thats the problem.

Anyhow will try again later tonight as im at work at the moment.

Btw nice lock screen on your iphone.

Bloody hell finally managed to SSH into my iphone4...had to re-install the SSH package which seems to have fixed the problem i was having.

Ok so i finally got the Suave HD theme on my iphone4....looks great.

But i want to get rid of the wallpaper that i have as my lockinfo...i just want a black screen with my info and also dont want the big green battery symbol showing in the background when i dock my iphone to charge at night.

Any ideas as to how i get that removed and able to put my own lockinfo background on my iphone??.

Looks for an app in cydia called hide clock or something similar...or just buy the app lockinfo...i mean $5 aint exactly gonna break your bank unless your poor
