Dreamboard with Boxor HD and a few custom icons I made for apps they didn't have.
It's pretty nice, the only bad part is the drop down bit for apps is a little laggy when scrolling, although that may be because I have a lot of apps installed.
$1.79 I think it was, not expensive. There's a cracked one if you just want to try before buying (no trial iirc), but it's worth the money imo.
Er nope, no issue here. I can send you the files if you like (assuming that's ok, you have paid for it after all).

Oh yeah, 'doh. Just assumed you would have Dreamboard already.
You still get notifications like you would with the standard theme, I don't think it shows any in a little red circle though.
