January Transfer Window 2010/2011 Season Rumours/Signings

tbh honest I feel a bit sick. Torres playing in a Chelsea shirt and most of the money going on someone I have little faith in being a reliable goal scorer. Dalglish, comolli and the board must have sanctioned the transfer so I'm hoping they've seen something the rest of us haven't.

Update: I still can't quite my head round spending £35m on carroll. Chelsea have spent big but they're getting a gem.

Unfortunate for Spurs to miss out on Charlie Adam! would have been a cracking signing for them. Chelseas title bid back on track now, and we'll probably see the best come back from Torres unfortunately. Well, unfortunately for me as a United fan anyway :P
 
Going to be an awkward few months now for Adam, looked like he really wanted to leave. Wonder if he will become a sulker, or will he keep his head down and play?
 
Glad when stoke play pool there wont be toress on wednesday

I think Suarez will be a good player but he wont be able to lead the line on his own.
 
Gutted Avon didn't manage to sneak any of his paper bag jobs through the door, though I guess there's still time for paperwork to mysterious appear late.
 
Sad to see Torres go, but he hasn't been happy for quite a while, and can't blame him really. Wish him well, although I do hope he's injured whenever we have to play Chelsea :D
 
While I think Carroll could turn out to be a very good player, I really hope this transfer fee isn't clear cut. Either a large chunk is based on future performances or it's been agreed to let it be known he cost £35m to keep the toon happy

Talk that Warnock on loan might still be on the cards.
