We could have Peter Crouch waiting at the back post for all it matters if his cross doesn't beat the first defender though

The most disappointing thing for me has been his set piece play I figured if nothing else he'd improve us there but he really hasn't, I guess they just dont practise it enough in training so he's forgotten how to do it. He hasn't even taken a free kick since being at United despite scoring loads of them for Villa.

I'm not sure why he doesn't work on his free kicks and monopolise them - we seem to have Rooney, Nani and Young all rotating for some reason. Rooney's not bad to be fair but someone should be assigned as our official free kick / corner taker and be taking all of them.

Of course...just relaying that Wenger has categorically said he isnt looking to buy Podolski but might be a slight chance that we may take Thierry Henry on a short term loan as hes currently practising with us ...to see Henry back playing with us would be awesome obv he wont be the player he once was but still.
