Two snippets from this mornings Press Comference are that Smalling and Jones are a doubt for the weekend and this is what he had to say on Ravel:

On the situation with Ravel Morrison:
"His agent has been working hard to get him another club. We've offered him terms which he has refused. We've rejected an offer from Newcastle. We'll see how that progresses. His demands are unrealistic as far as we're concerned.

So he is just pushing for more money then it seems and perhaps not what has been said in the press about training etc. We have offered him a contract and he has declined, oh dear..

Both Pogba and Morrison are idiots if they're listening to their agents, let them go if they're both that dim

Perhaps luckily, he isn't going to get much money from us!

Ive seen some of Morrisons tweets, if he is as dumb as he sounds i have no issues with him leaving. The one rooney replied to was pretty funny.

Ravel did Tweet he thought the fact he was an unused sub for a reserve game was a "****** take" with Rooney replying to his second post saying he "couldn't wait till the seasons end" with "It might come sooner than you think

Nice.

Oh yeah, you're jealous now!

NiUsK

he looks ecstatic!

What's the story with Morrison then? Any Man Utd fill us in? Heard he has issues and a brush with the law...

He was charged with intimidating a witness a few years back since then though he's been cannon fodder for all number of negative stories like the one last night about stealing from the 1st team dressing room (which he's gone on to deny this morning) as well as rumours of missing various training sessions.

Who knows what the real story with the boy is, maybe he's just unfortunate, maybe he does what he does (in reference to some of his tweets) for attention and maybe he really is as stupid as he appears.

Like I said last night my biggest worry is he does settle down elsewhere and does become as good as the likes of Henry Winter says he can be, but then how often does that really happen....

Thanks for that Tom. There has been discussion on NUFCBlog.co.uk about our approach and I said we shouldn't touch him with a barge pole. Others were less harsh and said that if it was for £1m then it'd be worth the risk.

I just see a Nile Ranger all over again.

This.

You can see what Cashley is trying to do, buy a player who is worth waaaaayy much more than £1mill in hope that he will sort his head out then be able to sell him on for his trie value in a year or two. Could work but as you point out more likely to be another Ranger.

Whole team is positive at the moment. Maybe a little spat between Ben Arfa & Pards but that's the only hint of 'drama' this season. I'd pass.
