If and its a big if, he breaks 30 goals in all competitions for Liverpool this year then maybe he'd be looking at being worth more than you paid for him. But realistically, strikers who score 20+ league goals a season for more than a couple seasons in a row have gone for the 30-40million mark.
Suarez, what was it 4, 8 and currently 11 goal man should be worth 40mil.... lol. Ultimately he's a striker, it doesn't matter how many men you beat, how many attacks you take part in, how much you win the ball, how many freekicks or shots you take, how many tree's you can fell, if you can't ruddy score more than other players.
Falcao WILL score more than Suarez this year, he scored WAY WAY more than Suarez in the past two years, if he would cost 40-50mil why would Suarez cost the same, or even more... stupidity very possibly, he isn't worth half.
He's a striker, he's bought to score goals, if he can't do that, he isn't worth an awful lot. Considering more than a couple of his goals have been tap ins that basically anyone could score, and considering how many shots he takes and a poor scoring rate in return I can't see how anyone values him highly at all.
There are what, 10, 20 strikers out there who cost between 25-40mil who outscore Suarez consistently every year, there are strikers out there who cost considerably less than that who outscored Suarez.... why would you pay the same for Suarez.

Last years golden shoe table, that is Suarez right down at number...... not even in the list. How many of that top 50 has been there for multiple seasons in a row, how many cost well under 20mil let alone well under 40mil.
If three of your goals are spectacular a season, but you only score 10 others, you aren't worth 40mil, if all your goals are tap ins but you get 30+ of them, you might be worth 40mil, if you score 30+ spectacular goals, you might be worth more than 40mil.
