*January Transfer Window 2014/15 Season Rumours/Signings*

I like Shane Long, he's a good player!

Mane is unbelievably poor though, not good enough technically and a terrible footballing brain - it's bizarre that he starts for quite a technical team with the likes of Schneiderlin and Tadic as he just looks so out of his depth?

Both Long and Mane scoring since that tantrum, change of formation and position has been good for them.

Matt Jarvis to West Brom on loan accoriding to a couple of insiders at West Ham.

Ravel Morrsion to Twitchy at QPR. There's a couple made for each other.

I swear Roman Abramovich is blackmailing clubs over Chelseas transfers. There is no way anyone in their right mind would pay Torres his wages and there is no way anyone would pay 50m for sideshow bob. Ridiculous.

The Torres stuff makes no sense.
2 Year loan to Milan, okay fair enough.
They make it perm after he's been a donkey. Okay getting weird.
They loan him out to Athletico immediately for 2? years.

Getting ridiculous. Have I got any of that wrong?

Zarate to QPR on loan, bitching that Allardyce didn't pick him.

In front of who exactly ? Our other four forwards all play for the team. Have fun with twitchy.

I'd be surprised if United signed anyone, really I would. I just can't see the players being available that LvG wants.

It's going to be about getting to the summer with the current crop and then dipping in for a couple of proper world class players, most likely with the allure of CL football.

Think you have hit the nail on the head there. A couple of centre backs who could stay fit would help :D

Rangers fans, what's Lewis McLeod like? Seems to be having his medical with us as part of a £1m move. Apparently we're bringing in four players this window

Seems like a web of dealings to hide money saying that as CFC fan couldn't careless how we get rid of him ..as long as we do

Nope deal including any add ons only reached £16m

Nope. £15.5m + £2m in add-ons, which according to a West Ham fansite is based on West Ham not getting relegated each season of Carroll's contract. Then of course there was the £2m loan fee for the previous season.

All in all you're looking at around £19m.

Pass me the bleach.

Even though he'll be at the Asia Cup in January so wouldn't be of any use rumours like this just fill me with dread because I wouldn't put it past Martinez.

Who do you suggest he signs though? Al Habsi isn't that bad a keeper, he's better then our sub at Liverpool!

Joel is solid anyway, he would only be back up.

So when it becomes clear you need a replacement, it's "pass the bleach" for a total non over reaction to signing a back up keeper, but BEFORE you know you need a CB you should have signed one already.

Apparently Martinez should have known to have signed a Distin replacement after a brilliant last season for the player and before he knew he had massively declined over the summer. So not signing a replacement or back up for him(with their obviously unlimited budget) is shocking, but signing an actual back up keeper for a known injured player who could easily take longer than 6 weeks to come back is time for drinking bleach from the awfulness.

I love the atmosphere that if a manager does well in his first 12 or 18 months(in Pardew's case) then the fans will instantly turn on him for not matching said achievement... while completely ignoring things like european football, extra games, more injuries.

Everton fans on here being as likeable as Newcastle fans, at least if Newcastle sign Bruce they most certainly won't over achieve, however they will hate him just as much as Pardew after 24 months if Newcastle are still in the premier league.
