He’s refused to play more than once and forced a move midway through a season, it’s poor form but as I’ve said before I have no issues with him going really.

This season in the league Coutinho is almost twice the player Eriksen is. Lucky for Eriksen he wont be shown up so much now hes off. 
I haven't read anywhere that he's refused to play at any time? In fact players and Klopp himself have always said his attitude and work rate has never been in doubt whatsoever.
