Japanese Grand Prix 2010, Suzuka - Race 16/19

To be fair, it wasn't Hamiltons fault, the McLaren ride height is set stupidly low, Button just went off in exactly the same spot, they both bottomed out in Degner 1 and ran wide onto the curb between the Degner's and went off at Degner 2.

I though ride height was regulated and all cars run it at minimum height?

Could it be update related?

Couldn't find this on red button this morning to watch again, due to the Delhi coverage. Anyone know how to watch it again? Already know the results unfortunately.

have bbc red button stopped putting practice reruns on? when i go to sports multi screen i can only find cycling, if i go on motorsport its just news. havent been able to find it for a while.

Looks like the Red Bulls topped P2 also. Looking like a RBR front row. Of course, Vettel is going to have to let Webber through. If not they are throwing the WDC away. Hoping Alonso blows an engine.

Here's hoping Alonso's engine goes up in smoke and the weather somehow reduces RBR's dominance.

It seems Hamilton is pushing too hard already and I can see a 3rd straight DNF if he carries on like this. Button seems to have drifted off into obscurity but he's been struggling to keep pace with the other front runners over the last few races...

Should be a good weekend.

S

dont think he has a choice, he has to go for it, the slower of the 3 cars and needs a win. what else can he do.

mclaren mechanics did an amazing job to rebuild one side of the car in a few hours.

A lot of Alonso hate going on here!

Alonso is a **** but it's a bit sad that everyone constantly wants him to blow up to stop him winning. Shows how much respect people have for his pace that

A. They don't expect their fav driver to be able to beat him on pace.
B. The only way they think they can stop Alonso winning is on reliability.

I wouldn't mind him winning the title because he's the best driver, the fastest driver and is able to drive around equipment problems better than any driver I've ever seen. The fact that he's still in the hunt despite not having the best car especially for the first half of the season is amazing to his resilience to keep coming back.

At Silverstone he said he was still in the hunt, everyone laughed. After the last race hamiltons head went down, started saying it would be tough and if he coulodn't win it would be nice if jenson won it. That despite being less than a win behind.

I agree with what whitmarsh said last year hamilton doesn't know what it like to lose or have a few bad weekends. His head goes and Alonso fights harder.
