Clearly he doesn't always think before he speaks, the planet of the apes clip clearly shows this.
Who does?

If I was doing a show that was going out on the internet I'd think before making comments like that.
Reminds me of this clip from BoondocksI listen to on YouTube, a Black American conservative guy, ex cop, Tatum i think his name is, Very god fearing American, very honest and he will call black people that act like thugs or idiots "n words" because it describes the kind of person they are... Its almost like we say Chav. Well i dunno if chav is even a word in the UK no more. But when i think of chav i get a very white council estate boy in my head..... When he calls them an N word it describes a very stereotypical set of behaviour and complete disrespect for society.
The planet of the apes comments was definitely clumsy for sure ill grant that. Stupid thing to say really, though I don't think it formed part of the compilation I'm referring to.Hmm I'm not sure I'd go that far. Though I don't agree with just putting a video together of him using that word and using it to pressure spotify.
Yeah i'm sure you'd do a perfectly flawless job for over a decade. Bet you'd make Joe Rogan look like a right amateur wouldn't you?

Nobody is perfect Colonel_Klinck, not even you.
He also deleted the entire podcast right after it happened, it was clearly a bad thing to say and there's no excusing it except that he clearly misspoke, the guy has on so many black people and is friends with so many, these racist witch hunts are just insane
there's no excusing it
except that he clearly misspoke
I'm trying to find a longer clip of when he had Chuck C Johnson on who made a ridiculous claim that black people have a gene that makes them more violent, I want to see if Joe called him out on it.
Yeah I'm sure he deleted it because of the huge backlash that came his way. No one is calling him a white supremacist so there is no need for the "I've got black mates" line.

Except
conjunction
- used before a statement that forms an exception to one just made.
"I didn't tell him anything, except that I needed the money"
Just because it's offensive, doesn't mean it's not true. It's a sad fact that black violent crime rates are much higher than white.

On the similar netflix/carr racism issue,
