Terrible past?
Other footballers have being caught drink driving, some even in the England team have.
He didn't turn up for the drugs test, he passed it when he took it a couple of days later.
You see challeneges like that every so often, Huth? Masch? Even the tackles in the Everton V Liverpool game were worse, the stamp by Fellaini was a much worse tackle.
I thought by "terrible past" you were going to have him down as a racist, terrorist rapeist and just horrible person.
Not one bad tackle, missing a drugs test and driving too fast.
Who else in the current England squad have been convicted of drink-driving?
Several wrongs don't make a right, drink driving is terrible, a plight on our society by idiotic and selfish morons. He's just as bad as the drink driver who killed a kid, the fact he didn't is purely down to luck.
He got banned for 9 months because he didn't go to a drugs test, nobody has 'forgotten' since, so either he's thick as a plank or lying.
I rarely see a 'challenge' where a player punches another off the ball, Masch did it to Beckford a bit ago but it's no secret that Mascherano is also flithy is it? It was petulance and thuggery, who punches/elbows somebody in a football game because they're being annoyed by a striker? Aren't strikers supposed to annoy defenders? What kind of idiot lashes out on a football field in front of millions of viewers. He doesn't have my support, put it that way. That's not how adults deal with problems, it's how chavs deal with their problems.
Robert Huth, Masch, et all have all punched people more horrible awful people for your list.
Other players have drove well over the speed limit, as well as being caught drink driving. Doesn't make it right, but people do make mistakes all the time.
- Missing a drug test does not make you a drug cheat Yes it does, it is exactly that
- Despite Rio's poor past, it does not even compare to Terrys past (or present) Why?
- Unlike Rio, Terry has shown no remorse or sense that he will ever learn. Rio's behavior has improved (yes, even with one red card) How has he shown this? 4 speeding convictions isn't someone that changes quickly
- Instead of feeling sorry for "Mr Chelsea" feel sorry for his kids. Yes, his family are the ones that will suffer most, but the choice of England captain should be made for who is right, not as a punishment.
So in summary, Terry has no one to blame but himself and Rio is a far from perfect choice but the best of a bad bunch
Well I wasn't answering you, that's why I didn't quote you
