Jokes you've made up

I doubt many people invent jokes. Most people adapt situations in a comedic way to suit their environment or particular event. From there "jokes" have no doubt stemmed into what they are today.

I for one know I haven't really come up with any jokes, however I have been known to be pretty good at making off the cuff comments in a "spur of the moment" sort of way - invariably this ends up being funnier than a whole patter of a joke.

usually so much funnier though :)

we got in from a few drinks the other week and Carrie was on the TV, so we watched the ending and the girlfriend was on about she thought there was another one and what it's name was, and for some reason i just said" would it be called carrie on"?

i didnt find it that funny but everyone else was in stitches :|

One of my old mates came up with one (I haven't heard it from anyone else, and he has this type of stupid humour)

Q: How do you catch a rabbit?
A: Make a noise like a carrot
(for some reason, it's a lot funnier when you're drunk :p )

Over the weekend out with some mates, someone asked what they call nappies in Australia. My response was "A** bandoliers!"

Not sure where that one came from

Not really a joke but...

Years ago, sometime back in the 1980s, I went to lunch and when I came back into the office, one of the managers said: "What's it like outside?"

I said: "It's really big!"
ROFL! i love it. :p

Why did Suzie fall off the swing?

She had no arms

Why did Suzzie fall off her bike............?

She got hit by a fridge!

Me and my mate DID make up those two jokes. Its undergone some development i see, youve changed the identity to Suzie.

They were originally developed by us on our way home from school on a fine summers day, when heat and boredom got the better of our immaturity and we made up the most stupid funny jokes we could. It was a boy who got hit by a fridge and just a girl who fell off the swing.. none of this specific name rubbish.. keep it applicable to all.. keep it funny!

My mate told me a joke the other day. Not sure if he made it up but its not very good so he probably did.

Why did the boy fall off his bike?

Because someone chucked a fridge at him!

Hahaha, dunno why it's funny. The only joke I ever made up was when I was 6.
What football team is always injured?

Bruise-ia Dortmund.

Forgive me I was only 6.

When I was about 7 I remember making up a joke which went something like,

Man walks into a bakers and asks for a doughnut
The woman says what type would you like
At this point he accidently touches the hot glass on the counter and shouts "Agghhh Suger!"
The woman says "Ok ok no need to shout thats 25p please"

I was about 7 remember so don't hurt me....

Jokes are old hat! :p
Situational Sarcasm is where its at. Quick-wit & excellent timings are what make good jokes imo. :p

You lie, they are all older than time itself :p

when I was young and on a holiday in france I drew a picture of a frenchman with french bread going through his neck frankenstein style with the title 'pain in the neck'.

EDIT: for all those that might struggle to get my kiddy moment of genius - the french for bread is pain (but pronounced pan (kinda))

fini

i remember a couple i made up years ago,

paddy and murphy walking down the road when a police car zooms past, paddy says to murphy, someone has stolen that police car, murphy replies how do you know, paddy says 'the alarm is going off' :O

and...

why did the shrimp go to the TV studios?

because he wanted to be a prawn star*

that may well have existed well befor ei claim to have made it up but i hadn't heard it lol
