Well you can do that now if you have deep enough pockets. I encourage you to do so to take some of the pressure off the NHS.Agreed, let the NHS die and then I can pay for a decent service that I can actually access.

Anything that comes out of the home office do not take it as fact. The Home Office admitted that there is no evidence to claim large number of economic migrants.
Plus, they could help solve the boats and hotel situations if they wanted to. Process quickly, allow asylum applications outside the UK. Anybody who doesn't have a right to be here can go.
Or you could fall into their trap and blame foreigners for it all.
That option is already open to you, so don’t just blather about it, back yourself and actually do it instead of whining.Agreed, let the NHS die and then I can pay for a decent service that I can actually access.
A hospital of that size and in that location you'll not see any.Back on to night shifts for me tonight to cover the strikes.
I'll make ready for the onslaught of transgender people, immigrants, health tourists but strangely will mostly just see kids with a fever.
You still falling for that blame.
I got the impression from most here that Labour are a party of leadership and have done nothing wrong.Well if the regressives jeep talking about Brown selling off the gold, which they do, then we've got plenty of mileage left with lettuce Liz!

Short memories some people have on this forum.
Don't attack people for knowing their worth while ignoring the billions squandered in dodgy contracts or random PM musical chairs.
Next pandemic don't expect people to face death every day whilst others kickback on furlough.
Should all of us who weren't furloughed receive 35% pay rises?
‘Independent’Out of interest what was the independent pay review body's recommendation for junior doctor pay rise level?
They're on the 4th year of 2% pay increases:Out of interest what was the independent pay review body's recommendation for junior doctor pay rise level?
Yes, if that’s what it takes to bring pay in line with inflation and so people can’t afford a decent quality of life.
Haha typo on my phone as I walk, I’ll edit it.Why wouldn't you want people to afford a decent quality of life?
