I totally see your point and don't even disagree with you. I am not having a go at the doctor's striking ........ but lots of us had it tough through covid. I was expected to work my job at the same time my wife who was part time had to move to full time with little choice to set up a covid surveillance sequencing lab whilst at the same time we had a 4 year old with no one to look after him. I was doing child care till 6pm then starting my job at 6:30 and working to the early hrs whilst both my neighbours were sitting in the garden during the day with giant paddling pools and buckets of beer enjoying furlough.Short memories some people have on this forum.
Don't attack people for knowing their worth while ignoring the billions squandered in dodgy contracts or random PM musical chairs.
Next pandemic don't expect people to face death every day whilst others kickback on furlough.
not expecting sympathy. I had a job and still have one.... but just saying it's not only doctors and nurses who had it tough.
