To be fair, the poor git probably thought you were a zombie or something.AthlonTom said:I mean slaps me?! What kind of dude slaps people?!

Yeah, he's lucky he didn't get hit with a cricket bat.Cueball said:To be fair, the poor git probably thought you were a zombie or something.

And you don't feel that those vulnerable pedestrians you're on about should have been taking more notice of their surroundings?singist said:I reiterate:
You are driving ~ a ton of lethal metal, protected by air bags, seat belts etc ...... versus pedestrians with absolutely NO PROTECTION ....
Thats what he did do. Right up until the point where criminal damage was received to his property.singist said:You should brake, indicate that you are unhappy but stay still until the ****s have moved; is it really so difficult that you have to do what you did?
Do you think the buffoon who keyed the OPs car deserved no comeback whatsoever?singist said:I really don't understand the mentality of people who think that a piece of metal is more important than human wellfare! Which seems to be the case with many people here!!!

No excuse! OP in the wrong!

its the same thing, they are BOTH objects that people control with the potential to kill.
Heofz said:I have to say after reading so many posts like the ones above I'm starting to get ******* SICK of people at EVERY OPPORTUNITY trying to take the moral high-ground in these forums. You are NOT big, you are NOT clever, no matter how many references to [Chapter x of the x act 1984] you make.
WAKE UP! Nobody cares if somebody was technically wrong according to some law. Were you there? NO. So STOP JUMPING THE GUN based PATHETIC assumptions. And that goes ESPECIALLY for those of you who haven't read the whole story!!!!
Lets just put things into perspective for ONCE. Its not as if the moment the OP's car got keyed, he stopped, got out a book on the law out of his glovebox, consulted his situation and then purposely acted despite the book telling him not to do so, NO! He acted in a way that is human, just like the majority of us.
In the heat of the moment if I found somebody keying my car, at that PRECISE SECOND, I would NOT be thinking "ooh, what are the implications of my actions if i were to do <x> <x>...?" NO, at that point I would have already been standing over the guy lying on the floor with his face battered from my boot, and DONT ANYBODY dare say you would have not even been *TEMPTED* to do the same!
Anyone who says not are either lying in order to make themselves look morally better (yet again ) or are simply not normal. FACT.
Do you REALLY THINK people are keeping a tally on who is morally higher than others? I don't think so! So STOP posting pathetic posts like these, and post something NORMAL that people will actually respect!
