TBH, if your level 7 and playing as Ashe I'd wait till you hit level 21, so you can buy Tier 3 runes. As the Tier 1 are a waste of IP.

for expensive runes you only need ~14k i think which you can easily save up in the 11-20 range of games. You could spend as little as 500ip on T1 runes and have a bit of a boost if nothing else.
 
indeed, possibly run speed quints also but you listed the major runes there tbh. perhaps dodge seals are missing there and attack speed red but theyre more specialised :)
 
I think i mainly have attack speed buffs for early game.Some of the 0.02 attack stength dont seem worth it.Or the Hp regen buffs :)
Also when do i open up quintessenses on the rune list.Is it like at level 30 or something?

But it's wasted money as soon as you get to level 20. Personally i'd steer clear of runes except free ones till level 21.

Don't buy anything until lvl 20. For three reasons,

1. Anything you buy now will be obsolete in a little while.

2. Tier 1 and 2 runes provide such little benefit that they are nothing more then a system designed to get you to waste IP so that you spend RP on champs instead.

3. By the time you hit 20 you could be playing entirely different champions and making a hasty decision at such a low level will just inevitably bite you in the ass.

On that note, what's your name in-game so that we can play a few games with you? I'm "mcknight27", add me and I'll be happy to walk you through a few games. There's a large group of us now playing from about 6 till 12 every night so your always guaranteed a friendly game away from the horrid mess that is solo queuing.
 
To those saying not to bother with Tier 2 runes, I barely spend my IP on anything else and they are still cheap enough to barely make a dent.

Personally, I just push all magic resist runes which really helps early game
 
Any new must-have items?

Wondering if I'm using an outdated item build on the character I play, Nidalee.

Played for months when this game was new, but not in about two months, so not sure~ Seems my runes are still okay though.

Cheers for the tips.I will prob just save the points then i think in total i have about 4.5% attack speed increase now from the T1 Buffs.

Hi sorry about that.I think it may be under just kieves and kieves3 is my account username.I also think i am on the eu server(how can i tell? On the log update thingy it says conecting to eu server for patch info anyways :)

Saw you playing Galio last night tals, what do you think mate? He looks like he could be fun.

Will have mumble set up for next time I'm on. Be great to start playing with you guys again, I'm getting fed up of solo queue :)
 
Loving playing as Teemo lately. He's possibly my favorite champion. Stacking attack speed makes him godly but I'm unsure as to what summoner spells are best. Using clense and teleport seem to be pretty good,though.

I've been in one game with a good Galio and he seems like he can be pretty effective.

Excellent, we've had our record number of people on mumble last night of 16 so i've upgraded the server to 25 to give us a bit of space. Would hate to see anyone not able to join in. We tend to use the mumble like a xfire/msn etc as it minimises to desktop we have a channel to indicate if people are joining later or ready to play etc, seems to work very well.

Regarding Galio - I like him, I need to be quicker on some of his aspects and need to time his ultimate better but all in all I love him, and even his best skin is fantastic - awesome dance to top it off as well :)
