I'll get a day time picture up tomorrow for you. As for where it came from, I bought it from OCUK when it was on special last week. Not sure how to tell where it originated from, but it has LG Brazil written on it and my delivery sticker is covering an original delivery sticker which says FAO of Gibbo, Tas Overclockers on it :D
 
FYI ....Friend of mine has just bought a 95 from another site and has been told in writing (email) that its a Rev 2.0 model until he gets it I can't confirm otherwise.:o;)
 
Are there any more similar sized ultra wide screens on the horizon?

I can't decide between this and 3x24 eyefinity setup. I don't really have the space for the eyefinity but the cost for the LG is much higher.
Plus id be giving up 144hz for 60hz again which is what I used to have and 144hz is so much nicer especially for driving and fps games.

Yeah...where's the Dell version. I'd be quite interested in that, all I see on Google is some vague rumors from the start of December, then noting, total silence. Needs to be PWM flicker free and have hardware calibration (like the u2413) for me to look at purchasing.

I suppose the fact that LG Germany have not said they can't fix it yet is a good sign. Maybe it will also come back with the new firmware installed too :D

I can't complain about this monitor at all, here's hoping it doesn't slow develop an issue like Mrk's.

Also mrk, I'm still hoping they sort you out. I'm amazed they haven't just sent you a new monitor by now. It's getting well our of hand here. If you didn't buy the 29" one you'd be screwed.
 
I'm happy to wait a bit if it's going ot come back perfect!

This 29EB93 is my definition of perfect. Sat back watching a dark movie and there's no backlight bleed whatsoever and only slight IPS glow from an angle. Let my 34" be like that please!

At least selling the 29" will be relatively easy I suppose.
 
Will so far no dead pixels, can't tell if there is any bleed or excessive glow but nothing noticeable so far even at 100% brightness.... *fingers crossed*

Mine was made in May. (29UM65 this is)

BTW, what settings should I be using for eco and input lag again? IIRC of for eco and high for input lag?
 
Medium for response on my 29", high has some weird ghosting on vertical lines in games. The 34" is best on high though. Eco mode is off, BOOO TO ECO MODE!
